DESCRIPTION
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, your work will be an integral part of our product development process. Interacting with all our deliverables, it is your priority that everything runs smoothly and meets our customers’ needs while being cost-effective.
Being part of tb.lx, you will work closely with different product teams from the very beginning of the product’s development process by applying Acceptance Test Driven Development during the definition of requirements and tests.
Your day will start with a daily synch with your product team, where you can share what you have been doing and if you have blockers or dependencies on anyone. At tb.lx we always support each other; it’s an open space to share your thoughts, achievements, and pains.
In your day-to-day, you are responsible for creating the Acceptance Criteria for our features that will be considered part of the product documentation and will be used by the whole team. You will use test automation tools to automate those acceptance criteria.
But quality is not only automation. Talking, listening, understanding, and asking the, sometimes, obvious questions will be your fundamental work tools. They will help you take off the ambiguity and help you in your role as the advocate for quality in building our products.
REQUIREMENTS
HAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
You have at least 6 years of proven experience in software development and in software quality assurance;
You have experience working with JavaScript and testing frameworks such as Cucumber and Karate;
You have a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
You have experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
NICE TO HAVE
NICE TO HAVE:
You have a degree in Computer Science or a related subject;
You have experience with Python, Javascript, and/or Java;
You have experience with Docker and Postman;
You have experience with Frontend and API Automation tools like Cypress;
You have experience with Azure/AWS.
